Canopy

The group has the honour of developing the former Amstel Golf Course into an exciting new, high quality residential community. The Canopy Development includes 52ha of land that is now known as 1000 Cranbourne-Frankston Road, Cranbourne, located approximately 42km south-east of the Melbourne CBD. This land was rezoned to a General Residential Zone in 2015 to facilitate its comprehensive redevelopment following the Club’s decision that the land was no longer required for golf purposes.

Canopy at Amstel enjoys a spectacular landscape setting and presents a rare opportunity to create a residential environment that offers a truly superior lifestyle experience unlike anything else on offer in the City of Casey.
