AVID Property Group’s Bloomdale community in Victoria is setting new industry benchmarks in sustainability, receiving the prestigious EnviroDevelopment certification from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
Bloomdale features a range of sustainability initiatives, including a recycled water system, over 17ha of wetlands, parks and open space and a recent Display Village which featured homes showcasing the cost and environmental benefits of sustainable choices.
