Sustainability Wins at 2019 UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence
The EnviroDevelopment program saw great success at the 2019 UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence presented by Mitchell Brandtman, with no less than seven awards being handed out to EnviroDevelopment accredited projects.
Seachange Riverside Coomera by Pradella Property Ventures was the most successful project for the night with the 5 leaf certified development taking out the Seniors Living Award. The project was also a finalist in the Affordable Small Scale Development category.
Mosaic Property Group, a proud supporter of EnviroDevelopment, took out the Community Engagement Award for their project Drift by Mosaic. Drift by Mosaic did a fantastic job incorporating the community throughout the entire development process. Avalon by Mosaic, located in the Maroochydore CBD, also was named a finalist in the Marketing Excellence category.
Riverbank by Peet was named a finalist for the Residential Subdivision category. Woodbury by Fiteni Homes was also a finalist in the Community Engagement category. The night was rounded out when Harmony by AVID Property Group’s revolutionary linear park was named a finalist in the Parks and Recreation category.
UDIA Queensland’s CEO Kirsty Chessher-Brown was excited to see more sustainable developments take out awards.
