Warralily

Warralily

Warralily, located in the growing suburb of Armstrong Creek, is 10 minutes from the Geelong CBD and 10 minutes from the Surf Coast beaches. On completion, the master planned development will deliver over 4,000 lots to the growth corridor and become home to approximately 13,000 people.

The design of Warralily has focused on exceeding the minimum standards in residential development to provide for current and future residents, and to preserve flora and fauna through considered design processes. This includes the rejuvenation of Armstrong Creek, and establishing conservation areas of key significance.

Set in a location with wide-open spaces and natural beauty, Warralily will provide numerous local facilities such as schools, shopping centres and sporting facilities. The unique precincts within the development, Warralily, Warralily Promenade and Warralily Coast, each have their own unique character and amenity.

Featuring 82 hectares of parklands and waterways, Warralily is dedicated to passive and active open space. The development includes football ovals, cricket ovals, netball courts, tennis courts, soccer fields, bowling greens, pavilions and multipurpose stadiums.

Warralily is the first residential development in Armstrong Creek, and the first project in Geelong to be awarded EnviroDevelopment certification.
