CIRQ – A first for Places Victoria this challenging site achieved certification in water, energy, materials, waste and community. Known now as – CIRQ Point Cook, the project will be a multi-dwelling residential development on Dunnings Road, Point Cook Victoria. The site is 20,797m2 and is within the Mixed Use Zone forming part of the Boardwalk Point Cook Development Plan. CIRQ will make a major contribution to the surrounding public realm and will be defined by high quality architecture and landscape led public spaces. A contemporary architectural expression and identifiable streetscapes with sensitivity to existing surrounds has been the basis for their design response.

The project will aim to deliver: 106 two, three and four bedroom townhouses with a mix of two and three storey massing, Landscape lead public spaces and streetscape strategy, pedestrian permeability to the wetlands whilst applying strong ESD principles throughout.
